The Brighton and Hove Business Awards (in association with The Argus) are back for the ninth year and are set to be the biggest celebration of business success Brighton has ever seen.
Ten leading Brighton Businesses, three major titles, four trade organisations, Brighton & Hove City Council and one of the most iconic and fun venues in the City have come together to create a competition which acknowledges the diversity and uniqueness of Brighton and celebrates those companies, organisations and individuals who really build the Brighton brand.
Organiser Caraline Brown from Midnight Communications said: “We have been delighted with the fantastic support shown to us by some of the leading businesses and organisations in the city.
“Last year’s event was a marvellous success and a truly wonderful celebration of all that is great about Brighton Business. We look forward to an even better competition this year – and another wonderful night out!”
2014 sponsors include Allied Irish Bank, Brighton&HoveJobs.com, Cardens Accountants, Qualifa, Graves Jenkins, Classic Consulting, Cluttons, Martin Searle Solicitors and Close Brothers Invoice Finance.
Our Media partners will be The Argus, Absolute Brighton and Juice 107.2FM.
The BAHBAs are supported by the Chamber of Commerce, Brighton & Hove City Council, the Brighton Business Curry Club and B&H Tourism Alliance. Tony Mernagh, Brighton & Hove Economic Partnership, will chair the proceedings once more.
Chair of the BAHBAs, Tony Mernagh, comments: “Brighton & Hove has got a lot to shout about and there’s no better platform for shouting than the BAHBAs…”
The judges will be looking for companies and organisations that really capture the spirit of Brighton & Hove. Innovation and leadership are considered more important than size or revenue.
