There are only a few days left to enter the 2014 Brighton and Hove Business Awards. Entries close on Friday 23 May.
This year marks the ninth BAHBAs and offers Brighton businesses the opportunity to enter up to fourteen categories.
Previous winners of the Brighton and Hove Business Awards include some of the City’s biggest and best loved names including: Gresham Blake, Dental Health Spa, Brighton & Hove Food and Drink Festival, The American Express Community Stadium, Hotel du Vin, Infinity Foods, Duke of York’s Picture House, Brighton Festival, Dockerills and Sussex University.
2014 sponsors include Allied Irish Bank, Brighton & Hove Jobs.com, Cardens Accountants, Qualifa, Graves Jenkins, Classic Consulting, Cluttons, Martin Searle Solicitors, Close Brothers Invoice Finance, MDHub, Midnight Communications, Brighton Pier and media partners The Argus, Absolute Brighton and Juice 107.2FM.
The BAHBAs are supported by the Chamber of Commerce, Brighton & Hove City Council, the Brighton Business Curry Club and B&H Tourism Alliance. Tony Mernagh, Brighton & Hove Economic Partnership, will chair the proceedings once more.
“I would encourage everyone to enter and shout about our great Brighton businesses,” says Tony. “Winning an award can really make a difference as both a great marketing tool and a source of employee pride in the company.”
The judges are looking for companies and organisations that really capture the spirit of Brighton & Hove. Innovation and leadership are considered more important than size or revenue.
All finalists receive a free place at the awards ceremony which takes place at the end of the Brighton Pier on Thursday 10 July 2014.
