Stephen Grant, one of the UK’s leading stand-up comedians, will be this year’s host at the 2015 Brighton and Hove Business Awards.
The Awards will be held on Friday 4 September at All Saints Church, Hove.
Stephen is a repeat award winner of Best UK Compere (4 times nominated) and one of the hardest working comedy performers and writers in the UK. He is the host of the Krater Comedy Club at Komedia, winner of Best Comedy Venue in the South for an unprecedented 11 times, and a regular headliner at the Comedy Store in Leicester Square.
He is also a born and bred Brightonian.

One of the most popular events in the Brighton business calendar, this year’s awards evening is set to be a little different. Guests will enjoy a champagne reception (courtesy of Gatwick Airport) followed by a sumptuous afternoon tea, awards presentation, dancing and an evening buffet – as well as a few surprises along the way.
Fifteen awards will be presented for categories which include the creative industries, professional services, the best place to visit and the best event, as well as the best place to work.
Awards will also be made to the person who, in the judges’ opinion, has done the most for Brighton – the Outstanding Brightonian – and, for the first time, an overall Judges’ Choice award for the Best Business in the City.
