2019 BAHBA SHORTLIST REVEALED

The shortlist for the Brighton and Hove Business Awards has been announced.

2019 marks a record year for entries. With hundreds of applicants whittled down to just fifty-six finalists, this year is set to be a hot contest to receive one or more of the prestigious fifteen trophies.

Entries were judged by an experienced panel of local and business experts including Gatwick Airport, Natwest, University of Sussex, EMC Corporate Finance, Mayo Wynne Baxter, Churchill Square, Kreston Reeves, Cardens Accountants, Global Radio, Brighton and Hove Chamber of Commerce and The Gemini Print Group. Fiona Shafer, Managing Director at MDHUB, took the role as Chair of Judges.

To reach their crucial decision, judges reviewed all the entries to come to a longlist of finalists. Candidates then went through a rigorous reviewing system, including phone, face to face and panel interviews.

Winners will be announced at the Hilton Brighton Metropole on Thursday July 25th 2019.

Around 500 of the city’s business leaders, judges and VIPs are attending, giving guests the perfect opportunity to network with peers, celebrate with colleagues and find out those all-important results! This will be the networking event of the year.

As well as revealing who will be taking home the coveted trophies, the stunning gala presentation will also include a champagne reception, superb three-course meal and two bottles of wine on each table, followed by the awards ceremony and some spectacular entertainment!

Tickets cost £80 (+vat) each or £750 (+vat) for a table of ten and can be purchased here.
